Jesse Dewar

President

Jesse is a lifelong Alaskan, dad to two beautiful girls, husband to an amazing wife, son to John and Cathy, and a self-proclaimed Master Chef (at least in his own kitchen). His childhood began in the little town of Cold Bay- and yes, the name rings true. A family move to Anchorage introduced him to Grace Christian School and then to Dimond High where he graduated. Jesse’s decision to go to college would lead him to Devry University in Phoenix, Arizona in the middle of July. Not the smartest time to acclimate, hence the reason to graduate with his BS in Business Information Systems in less than three years and head back to Anchorage.

The Dewar Insurance Agency was started in 2012 and has become a leader in the Personal and Commercial insurance space. Jesse and his staff greet every opportunity with a simple question, “How can I help?” This question also correlates to our tag line of “It’s What We Dew!”

Pat Graika

Insurance Advisor

Pat has lived in Alaska since 1977. She is married to a lifelong Alaskan and they have a son, now grown. Pat began her insurance career over 40 years ago, starting out as a receptionist, ultimately moving to Commercial Lines and never looked back. She enjoys rafting, fishing, camping, and gardening, as well as spending time with her husband and dog in this beautiful state.

Stephanie Wilson

Director of Operations

Stephanie was born and raised in Southeast Alaska, moving up to Anchorage to attend UAA. She is married and has a beautiful daughter, somehow now in high school. Being among the trees and near water is her happy place. Stephanie has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years now- happily working behind the scenes and helping to make things run as smooth as possible.

Cathy Adams

Insurance Advisor

Cathy is a lifelong Alaskan, raised in Big Lake with 40 sled dogs. She loves being outside and enjoying all the adventures Alaska has to offer. She has been in the Anchorage area since 1993 with her husband and two children, now grown and enjoying their own Alaskan experiences. Cathy has been writing Personal Lines for over 20 years helping clients with their insurance needs, especially when “life happens.”

Nancy Valdez

Insurance Advisor

Coming up to lend a helping hand to her sister and brand-new preemie nephew over 40 years ago, was what brought Nancy to Alaska. And just like so many others, she never left. Nancy started in Employee Benefits in 1997 with Aetna and grew in the industry from there. She is a proud mother of four, and now has five handsome grandsons (she’s still waiting on her youngest to give her a granddaughter!). She enjoys camping and fishing with her husband and their puppy, Daisy, and is a die-hard Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan.

Coral Fadaoff

Insurance Advisor

Coral has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years, generally in the Commercial Lines department, but a smattering of Personal Lines experience as well. She loves the creativity of Alaskans and the challenge of writing their policies. Coral is Native Alaskan and has lived here since her middle teens; she is grateful to live in this beautiful state. Her hobbies include working on crafts like crocheting, dreamcatchers, jewelry, reading a plethora of genres, and spending time with family and friends.

Jessica’s journey to Alaska began in her early teens, where she instantly fell in love with the rugged beauty and unique charm of The Last Frontier. After exploring college, she found her true calling in the insurance industry. With over 18 years of experience, primarily in Commercial Lines, Jessica has made it her mission to provide clients with personalized and effective insurance solutions and building lasting relationships along the way.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys adventurous road trips with her husband of 17 years and their two children. She also enjoys singing, cooking, and crocheting.
